Q. What if I don't attend the Monthly recommitment call?
It is important for team members to attend and share their commitments in the Monthly calls so that the rest of the team knows what to expect. If a team member doesn't attend the call, he/she is expected to take initiative to share their commitments with the team and present a steward before the commitment call. (Preferred medium would be a Loom video shared on discord)
If someone doesn't attend the call or share their commitments before the call, they can do so within 3 days of the monthly call.
Q. What is the process after I share my commitment video?
The team members go through your commitments, note down their feeling of alignment and they collect their questions to share with you, which you then respond to. This process will determine the status of the member in the team. (Root/branch/collab)
Q. What if I fail to attend the call and don't share my commitment within 3 days?
The member will not be considered as a part of the team but as a collaborator for certain projects/tasks etc we decide on.
Their steward will be responsible to be the point of contact between them and the team.
