Who this article is for

  • Team members who take on the role of Scribe in a meeting



How to use this Template

  1. Use this Google doc template - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1OORsYnhJVhiCSSb212owDUNYSdHWfyPC7kREyWULzcw/edit

  2. Fill out while in the meeting

  3. Read important parts out aloud at the end of the meeting

  4. Upload the google doc link to the FAQ site using the login information in the "Main" google drive > Private documentation folder > Logins file

  5. Add the article title using the following format:
    "🟨❌ [DD.MM.YY] name of meeting"

  6. Send the link in the discord thread after the meeting

  • Who committed to what?

  • Especially of single people



Group-decisions / agreements

  • Keep track of group decisions that were made

  • Could be for single people or the whole group



Notes (during the meeting)

  • Here you can just type along, while the meeting is in progress

  • No need to delete anything afterwards



Additions (after the meeting)

  • For example note down changes to commitments
