Hey, Joseph, this is a memo in regard to your last message around joining the next round table with presenting it with those two parts of outside the system, within the system, the right livelihood, and you are creating those sweet those regularly calls and yeah, in this, in this memo, I just want to share what kind of questions thoughts popped up, and clarities and clarities, and then hop on a live conversation with you to talk about them. And I can see that working also as a if you would start a general NAS post, for example, as like the guiding sentence to attract people into this consideration. Next clarity, I'm happy to join the next round table conversation and clarity. Is it a is it something that you initiate and I'm the tool, or am I initiating it? So like, right now it sounded like when you were speaking and I observed, yeah, kind of that doesn't that did that. This didn't fully align in this moment. Kind of you saying, Okay, I'm presenting this, and then also inviting to the other call for people who want to go deeper. And this might be just a part of me that wants to avoid responsibility, to kind of bring in action and then deal with that. I don't know, no people are showing up on the little but you know me, so, like you know me already a little bit, and I guess that's that's not really something that's holding me back. So I sense more that is a part of me that's that kind of feels that it's more aligned, or will work in a more in a better, more efficient way, if I'm only the tool and not the initiator. And again, I have no clarity around this yet. I would just, well, want to go back and forth on this with you in a conversation, but like, what I would see right now would be that this, for example, every every second Thursday on 6pm like the equivalent round table, just on the other week, there would be this going deeper into this kind of way, and I'm The facilitator there, but basically it's still an offering from you for your artists. And then this offering might be expanded to the whole NAS for people who want to experiment with that and but then still, like kind of you being the initiator. Writing this, writing this out to the community. As a person, yeah, maybe that's that's kind of like how it makes sense of it now, like two parts, like, one is that you are still in this, um, being able to hold both, like, the that you want to do it, you have this within you, that part, it wants to just align within the current system and the other part. And just like realizing, okay, I'm speaking from that place, the round table might be an offering for within the system, the Right Livelihood calls from Jacob Eisenberg as well. And then there is, now, there's this offering I wanted to present in this arts context as well, to kind of completely step out. And I find Johannes being whatever person that does so and well, can share from this place. And it's not like a round table, but it's like this, okay, going deep there in this case. And the second part is that I read quite a few posts where people on NAS or comments commented on your round table conversations on arts and money, and proposed to put this into the larger group of basically talking round table talking about money in not related to arts, basically, okay, yeah, that was the most. That was the main point made. Basically, okay, I'll share a few more short ones. One, well, I don't see this. The other call as a round table. One, because, like, one weakness of the Round Table is it gives the. Have time and attention to each person, but not to each of you, which means, if there's nine people in it, an eight come kind of from an old system paradigm, and you split the time speaking on every person equally. That means the old paradigm gets eight times the weight than the new paradigm. And so yeah, yeah, this is not going to be a round table. So it will be clear for those people who join that it's there's a clear direction to it, and depending on if you're interested in it, or if you already can share about it with your own experiences, what you what you're doing, then you will be more active or less active. Yeah, second short thought it might be interesting. I don't know either ahead of the round table conversation. Even to share this, my main article. I call it the modern day Gandhi experiment. But this is only, this is a personal thing. I wouldn't call this way modern day Gandhi, whatever. So this needs a completely new way. It's just in my personal relationship, as I see, what would Gandhi confront if he would be living in our time? That's where it came from. But yeah, again, that's a personal not a general name. And last, I still kind of see this part of your vision with this long term offering artists, like multiple ways, and one of them being an online course on how, like, the right livelihood in a completely new way, new system. And basically this is only leading up to that online course. So it's for people like, Yeah, but like connecting it to the speaker vision of yours in this sense, where I'm the part of but not where it is, yeah, maybe it goes back to just me initiating it. So I'm just playing my role basically, okay, I will, I will leave it with that. I'm curious to hear back if that, if that resonated with you, or if you sense it's coming from some place of Yeah, avoiding responsibility from my side, just while, while saying it out loud. Right now, it doesn't feel like good, but I would love to get your perspective on it, to reflect maybe a bit more, to step fully into my responsibility, either by being more active in as an initiator on this, or by being even more clear on taking responsibility in a sense of that I'm not initiated this is like I'm being the change, and I'm happy to share If people kind of facili or bring this together, initiate it, and then go from there.
