A pricing strategy for the online courses, the big intuition online course, as well as the sub courses introduction. This is with the intention of just giving an overview, especially for the team to kind of Yeah, to synchronize and to realize how things are being done. This is not to give, like the whole reasons behind it, or the big why, kind of the context of how it got to there. This might be for another memo. This is just like the results at least the default with which we approach it. Okay, so I will start with the big course, because the small ones then kind of mimic, either mimic the big course, and so it's like a cop, like a smaller version of the Yeah, the big course version. Or we will experiment with other models, consciously on purpose, but the big course kind of sets the frame. So there will be two main strings that kind of go parallel. One is the fixed price and one is donation based. I um, the fixed price has the advantage of kind of you can put a high price tag on it, which people value more. And you know what you kind of get like once someone signed up, you can know how much you receive, and you receive it immediately. Usually, the donation based has the advantage of being more flexible, being more honest, more true, more in alignment with the universe itself, and also giving people a chance that wouldn't have signed up for the fixed price. But then go with the donation version, and then realize later, or actually was worth the fixed price, and maybe pay even more than a fixed price. And so there's we, this was part of, kind of the why we do it like this. We can go into much more detail, but at the end, it will be the combination out of those two. And people can choose so kind of, when you see a price, there is like, either go with the fixed price, whatever it is, or go donation based. Like, those are the two options when you go and sign up that you will see, and then for the fixed price, you might also see some discount, kind of this or that. But it's kind of like with the fixed price version. We are playing the normal game that everyone is playing in capitalism, basically. So you make marketing, you give a higher price, and then you reduce it, whatever, all those things. We just do it like transparently, and we actually say that we do those things and but people, but this is fine. It's like, we can say this is kind of half manipulating, but this is people have a choice, like, they can just go with the donation version well, so kind of, we want to make it easy to go into donation version compared to the fixed price. Yes, that's kind of how it starts. Okay. And then when you go into donation version, then you will, kind of, it opens up a page where it says, like, you can apply this code, basically. And then you get into the course for free at the beginning, because you will pay later, we'll go into nuances in a second, but you kind of have to commit to and then there will be more words to that you have to commit, that you are honoring the process, and that you're actually giving a number that feels right. You're not just making kind of you're not just abusing it, that you get it for free, if you whatever. Maybe even if you don't, there will be kind of a whole section within the online course later for donation people, those who go with the donation based version to kind of go into more depth with that. And people are committing that they take this lesson, which might take 1520, minutes or something to get an understanding on the donation principles and behind it and why they apply, and how it works in this course, and all those things. So kind of the price for for them, for taking the donation, donation based version, is that they will commit to spend more time in this process and to actually come up with something that feels right and true, and there's no outer measurement, but there is this kind of they invest time in the process of getting to know it. And we might have something like, if you kind of don't go with it, like you don't spend the time in it, then. The full price applies, or something like that. Then it's like, you made, yeah, you purchased the online course. But you kind of try to trick us, but then the full price applies, something like that. And another version might be if you want to have an donation based without investing this time on it, then, but then you need to write an email. Then you cannot just apply the code. But so basically, that's how it opens. You have the fixed price version, or the donation price version, way of pricing. If you go with the donation way, you commit to later in the course, after the introduction, probably spending the time to get to understand how this donation thing works and to Yeah, pick your own numbers in all those texts. All right, so let's just go with this thread of someone apply the donation code. Gets in, then sees the normal start. There is some introduction of the WHO ARE YOU? You're an irreducibly unique expression of the universal love and so forth, something like that. Maybe have two more pages so they might be 20 minutes in the course, or something like that. Or 30. There will be some own choices that they can make to go deeper, watch a video, whatever. And then before, kind of the actual course content starts for the intuition, there will be this okay donation part, and they will be first getting some understanding, and we will apply all the usual course kind of ideas that we have so kind of in like input, they receive some information. Why donation based? Why is it valuable for the world? Like, put in a bigger context, apply it to more specific things, apply to the specific course, then they will have reflections on that, like, and then they will have engagement with it. So all those input engagement, input reflection engagement, it will basically be like a small, like one module, like a small mini course on donation base, yeah. And so they will get this, and then at the end of that, they will be asked to pick three numbers. One number is like the minimum from what they see right now. It's like a best guess. It's not Yeah, it's just from what they see right now. What is, what would they say? Well, this is what I'm going to pay at least for. This kind of course, they know in the meantime, like how big it is, how many modules they have gotten a short introduction. So they have a feeling for whatever me as a person, how we do the course. They have gone through this donation understanding, and so they are informed well enough to say, well, this is what I would pay at least, keeping in mind that whatever the fixed price would be 500 and I'm not sure they will be basically asked to give three numbers, but I guess we will start with this. This is, like the minimum version. This is what I will give at least. And I guess let's say just someone says 100 Okay, perfect. Then second number like, imagine this is totally changing your life. You're doing this for whatever those three months, and you realize this is, this is just great. It kind of exceeds every expectation I had. How much would you be willing to pay? And then maybe someone like, the number depends on where they come from. Of course, if there's people from whatever lower income countries, whatever quote, unquote, third world countries, they will of course, still be, maybe in the highest price, even still be below the 500 and that's totally fine, because it depends on their life circumstance, etc. This is all part of getting to know the intuition, the donation based system. So this will be fine, but let's say there's someone from the US, or from Canada, or someone Germany, so they will say 100 at least, and then they will go with 1000 or once, yeah, that's say 1000 and and then we will ask them for a third number, which is like, what? What do you guess is the likely from what right now? Like, what would be an average, normal, like, not the minimum, not maximum, something in between. And people might say 300 or whatever. And those are the three numbers that we have at this point. So basically, people have been committed to give us those numbers. Otherwise they are making they're abusing the system. And then we will, they will be asked to pay 1/3 of. The normal number. So basically, the payment is in three steps. One is right at the beginning. It is for us having some cash flow already, also having some security, and having people being committed to what they say, kind of but because we know that there is no guarantee it or clarity how it will turn out, because there is this donation based and we want them to kind of make an informed decision later, after having received the content, we will go with 1/3 which is now, and then 1/3 another third will be kind of at half time, whenever that is, and the last third will be at the end. And of course, we know that the numbers will change along that way. But this is fine. This was what we'll deal with later. So if it increases, then we might catch up that after whatever, at halftime, we will ask a similar question, like now, having been through the whole half of the course, how much is it worth to you? How much will you are you willing to pay minimum maximum, we will go through the same process, and then we will adapt. From the beginning, it's yeah, I'm not going into detail here. It's all it's not too hard to figure that out, just some basic math, basically, yes, but so basically, for the main course, we will either get the fixed price from someone, those are at least the two main versions. There might be super individual ones that apply. But then this comes via, they write us an email, and we get back to them, and we might have super discounts, even for the picks fixed price, if they come through a partner and whatever. There are variations to that, but basically, the two main things that are going to cover 90 to 98% of the cases are fixed price, pay whatever that amount is, or donation based commitment to go through the process of actually coming up with numbers that feel Right or feel true, good and beautiful, we could say. And then we will have those three numbers. And out of the medium number, we will get 1/3 at the beginning, yeah. And then this is like, this is the default for right now. We can adapt from there. Maybe we will have give them the option even, and to say that they want to pay more at the beginning, we might have something additional like that. I put it in a fund. We have something like where it's not paid yet, but they have already committed the money, like as an option, at least because it helps them, it might help them to be more. That's the advantage of the fixed price version to be more motivated to actually go through the content and to prioritize it. Because if you pay a high amount of money for something, you're way more likely to do the course than if it was for free. Obviously, because for free whatever, it's not worth it. I haven't paid any money. I haven't so I can just not do it. And so we want to give them the opportunity to kind of feel the the the power and the value of that paying a high price. And so, yeah, we will play with those things. But that's the basic version 1/3 of the medium price that they number they came up with themselves. Okay, and so let's apply this is for the big course. A lot more details, a lot more background to be added, but that's the overview. And let's go to the smaller courses. Yes, I wanted to say one more thing like, Well, the good thing about this donation thing is, well, first, well, yeah, I'm actually saying a few more things. So when they see this first page of you can apply the donation based and pick your own number if you commit to this, go through the process later, give us the numbers, kind of whatever work through the payments and all those things. They're basically becoming part of this whole process. And if someone, I can imagine people going on the landing page see the fixed price would be like 50% likely to buy it, like in normal circumstances, if there was only a fixed price, they might not be. Yeah, is this someone? It's not a clear, yes, it's not a clear. No, someone who's like, on the edge, but because there's this donation based version, like the person who is unclear will probably click on it and then see a bit more, and then we'll be like, maybe, oh no, this is I don't it's too much responsibility or something like that, so I rather go with the fixed price. But in combination, that's the interesting thing, I guess, after having clicked on a donation based version and decided against it because it is too much responsibility, even though they can get it cheaper, you. Yeah, and that is the main thing why they were 5050. In the beginning is like, oh, maybe that's, that's high pricing. We put high pricing on a fixed price. So it's like, I need probably this is too much. So let's go with the donation based there was like, oh, no, this is too much responsibility. I rather go with this fixed price thing. And suddenly they come back after the fixed after having been on a donation paste, kind of introduction, not in the course one, but the one before you decide. And suddenly they're not 5050 anymore, but they're like 8020 to buy the fixed price version. And this is, and this is kind of natural thing. This is because they had a choice, because they made their own choice. It's not like basically, even the moment they go to the fixed price version, they're making a choice. Even they don't realize it's like, it's like the donation based version only, they're basically saying, I'm making the choice to pay this amount, this I pay this amount, my choice in order to not spend time on this understanding, on the donation thing. But the big difference to just having a fixed price, even if it's multiple fixed prices, kind of whatever stages, and that is, you have a true choice, like there was this choice between zero and 10,000 and they made it themselves. And so that is the power part of the power of this combination. And you have never seen it, because it's, I have never seen it, at least, but this, I make a bet, this is the future. And we will have a whole course, actually, on, I will create a lot of courses on those kind of things, but on financing and how to set those things up. There's, yeah, this is the future. Okay, let's jump to the mini courses. So this is the big course, mini course, basically replication of that, adapting to the contexts, because it means mini course, it's not that long, so it's not like you want to make a half time for two hour course, or even three four hour course, not so sure if it's right to have like this, 1/3 at the beginning, 1/3 at the end, kind of thing. Also, it's smaller amounts. It's less time and work we have put into so we probably we will still have to skip three numbers. So if you make the mimic one like the small course might cost 40 or $50 you also go with high pricing. You also have this donation version. You also have the time commitment still. And of course, in the mini course, The time commitment part is way more kind of it's basically to the two hours of the course, you add another 30 minutes for the donation part, which is way more like, relatively, than for the big course, where you had 20 modules at the end. So it's like, I don't know how many hours of 2030, hours of content, probably more, way more, actually, and then you put in 30 minutes for the donation. So it's like, it's different. So people are more likely to say, well, I don't want to spend that time because it takes I'm already close on time anyway, so I'll rather pay for the for the fixed price. And this is fine, because in this scenario, it's not as high of a price anyways. And yeah, it's just fine, but we'll still leave with that. So it's still like they will need to go through the whole getting to know donation based principles First, if they want to apply this donation based code, yeah, but then again, the difference is, they pick their number, the high number, that the low number first, then the high number, and then kind of the in between, likely, if I would have To pay right now, what would I pick? Version Yeah, but then we will either they will probably have just the choice to pay it immediately or pay it later, and we will have the risk of someone is saying they will pay $50 or whatever, 25 on average thing. Say they pay later, then they do the whole course, and then they never pay. And we might have, we could run after it, and we have the risk of, well, investing more time because they have committed to this kind of thing. Um, but either kind of let it go and say, okay, whatever, or invest more time and let like, Okay, we take that risk for the mini courses. We'll take that risk. I guess that's the approach. And so basically, it would be like someone tricked us and he got in for free. And it's like, Okay, we got abused. I. It's fine. Like, the advantages of this whole system, like, outweigh those few instances where people actually do that, like, by far, by far, and so, yeah, this is fine. Okay, so this is also the default. This was the default for mini courses pricing. And then with mini courses pricing, we can experiment a lot more, because it's just like, okay, whatever, like those small courses, we can still change the pricing later for all of those courses, make a new campaign. It's like, we can play around with it also depending on the context, on the target group, because we might have also we could experiment with low pricing and just put them out for five or $10 in some circumstances, and we could pay. We could make the experiment with only hype, like only fixed price. We don't even give this donation based version for the mini course, we could go with the experiment of only giving the donation based version to have like, to see how it changes the dynamic between where you have two options, the fixed price and the donation based, versus one where you have only donation based, we could go with the experiment of giving it for free, just in general. See, like, do actually more people sign up for free than for the donation based, because donation based also has the option for free, and we can just test and play around with those and just see where it leads. And, yeah, actually, that's a nice thing. Like, I love experimenting, and there's so many pathways for experimenting in this in this case with the minimum courses. All right, so this was the recap, or yeah, this was the overview over the pricing strategy for the online courses, starting with the big intuition online course, the two ways, high priced version for the fixed version, high pricing for the fixed price version, and donation based with the commitment to actually invest the time and give numbers and basically to honor the process and to not abuse it. And then you have those three numbers, and you have like, 1/3 of the payment in those three steps. And then you apply this to the mini course version. But then you can also, with the mini courses, also just experiment with all those other paths, like the traditional ones, completely new ones. It's just a field of let's try good chatgpt, please create a nice recap where you have those sub parts with according headings and bullet points so it's easy to read and for everyone listening. Thanks. I will now create, maybe, I'm not sure. Yeah, probably I will create another memo now with the the why behind it, like, more of the, okay, how did we get to this strategy actually, like, what's the understanding the human psychology and where the world goes and all those things? So another memo following soon. I.
