Five years from now it is it's already self sustainable so there's enough people that are in, that are “giving back” (because they're not really giving back they're giving forth to the next generation
of people that are included) but it would already be self sustainable but there's also so many more people supporting it either by like those big investors with the clarity that investment doesn't mean what it does mean right now in the capital system, or donors and like all those small donors basically crowdfunding so there is a huge group of people that are giving their monthly support to support those people who are benefitting from the PPF
This might have been left out in the vision itself, there is multiple generations basically of those who started as heroes and are now guides for new for new people/new creators and it's basically become a bigger organism. So basically what started as a cell is now a multi complex organism with a lot of lot of cells and subcells etc and there's more and more people coming in automatically, there's no need for for any advertisement or something like that because people come by the word of mouth and people we meet and some people might be traveling around and then meet new people and get them connected etc. The same also goes for all the donors and and supporters, that people even want to join this because (that's probably the main difference to a lot of other projects) they realize that this is actually helping the world. For example, charities they do like 5% or 10% actually ends up with the cause and in this case it's not just 10% it's probably like 300% because it gets multiplied. So these kind of people that do want to do good are naturally attracted towards it. That was the financial side.
Then for the wisdom and mastery, there will be a lot of partners etc there's like we have access to all the best programs in the world because they want to partner up with those people that come via the PPF to take part in their programs if it's the best fit for them but there's no struggle with that so basically there's very little amounts of expenses for such things because we are going to cooperate with those that also want to share and want to cooperate for a better future.
Then the community part where there’s more like smaller cells and even the guide to hero relationship and maybe the hero groups etc, we have found a way to collectively make decisions based on resonance and intuition which makes it super easy (at least as long as we're tuned in) to hold each other accountable and to speak up and - to put it the other way around: it's very unlikely that someone goes into a downward spiral and doesn't get caught either by himself or by other people basically by the combination immediately or really really fast so we're getting better at this by this intuitive and collective decision making processes. And with that we're also getting better at who's like which people are in and which people are not because this is at the end also something based on resonance and the whole organism needs to accept every single cell. If there's a cell that is cancer cell basically and hurting the organism then the healthy organism will get rid of them, and we will be in five years if everything works well we'll be having this healthy organism that can take people in all the time, can even produce cancer cells all the time #making mistakes but also being able to turn it around and realizing it and learn from it so it's a self-learning organization. The IOS - the other project is also part of the people potential fund but that's an important part as well to include the IOS in the whole region of the people potential fund because it's essential on how to make decisions otherwise the whole vision won't work if the decision making and all the other things distribution, the sharing of information isn't organic as well and that's how people get in and how people will will get out as well.
