CDD = Conscious Default Deviation
= concrete action for Meta-Default #1
π¨β [internal] Meta-Defaults
goal = high standard of performance AND adaptability
We want to deviate from Default if that leads to a better option
We do NOT want to deviate from Default if that leads to worse option
for example because we're just lazy
Every Deviation = chance for improvement
Why did someone not follow the Default?
How can we adapt the Default, so these reasons are included?
Concrete use
If I don't want to follow a Default, then I send the tag
"CDD - Conscious Default Deviation"this informs everyone on the Team + everyone is supposed to react
Option (1) = ThumbsUp π
β if you agree with the decision to deviate from Default + don't see a need to adapt the Default itselfOption (2) = Leave a "critical" comment
β if you think, that the deviation has bigger costs than gains + that this would have been a situation where it was better to follow DefaultOption (3) = Leave a Suggestion for Default-Adaption
β If you think that it was right not to follow the Default + it seems to be a situation that will come up more often, so the Default should be adapted to cover that situation adequately
