People that can hold the space which means the mother cell basically people that can hold the vision and the commitment towards the vision. This vision is so big that there’s a lot of people, there will be limiting beliefs coming up. So a table to stand needs at least three legs and the more legs it has the more stable it is so having people that are actually able to hold the big vision and are committed to follow it
Intellectual resource - there will be the resources for wisdom and self and self mastery which is kind of Connecting through others that are already in the fields and so Partnering up with them.
Digital resources will also be needed for the community so the community at the beginning it's easy to kind of organize everything without on platform but the more the further the advances the more important this will be
Physical resources - Not necessarily if everything works well that will be physical places but they come if needed through the last part financial resources
Financial resources - they will definitely be needed but also only in this transitional period because after a while it's supposed to be self-sustaining but for the beginning phase and this is the most important part to kick it off basically to even get to the point it works and people do interact in this way with each other and learn and grow and then serve. But for this we will need financial resources and finding early investors early donors and then the second round and then Over time it will be less and less important because Everyone basically is a donor At the end All of the people that are in who kind of get back more than they risk, who get out more than they get so basically everyone within the people potential fund who has an overflow of money because they kind of offer something to the world and they only need a certain amount of money to survive. They will give back themselves so basically the people who have received will then the people be donating
