if we want to be efficient + have great synergies, it's essential that you can rely on others
If I open a conversation + want a response from someone, I have two options
- (1) creating myself a reminder everytime I text someone + want to make sure that person answers + I don't forget
  = a lot of work
- (2) create a System where I can be sure, that a person get's back to me, when expected
  = less work
Default =
if... i get tagged in a thread
then... I react to it.
If I get tagged directly (@myname), then thumbsup is NOT enough
→ written answer is expected to make sure the sender get's notified
